You must understand yourself and how you can relate to the goal you set for yourself. From there, you will look at a balance wheel to see what’s out of whack in your lifestyle, attitude, nutrition, attitude, career, environment, and other components. There are many components to health - it is not all fruits and veggies. You can eat all the greens you want but if you’re trying to get by on 5 hours of sleep a night and cradling a screen as you do fall asleep, there is a deeper conversation to have.
