Research shows since Covid, approximately 67% of adults report feeling anxious most of the time. Moreover, 90% of adults are sitting in unpleasant emotions most of their day.
Knowing this, how are you showing up for your family? For your community? For yourself? In this 1 hour workshop, we will take a granular look at our emotions, beyond, “I am happy” and “I am sad”. We will look at how the core competencies of social emotional learning are put into play during our day and our families/friends/coworkers’ days and how we are interacting. Are we showing up the way we want to show up? The way we need to show up?
