Achy? Short of breath? Gut issues? In this session we will explore the primary causes of inflammation and importantly, how to reduce it. Simple steps can help reduce two of the main cause of unhealthy aging and we will discuss both of those causes. Additionally, we will discuss the importance of eating real food, and the power of superfoods. Is worry and stress affecting you and your health? We will discuss the impacts and discuss strategies for YOU-Care and how to improve your quality of life. This is a private session for the staff of Hope for Healthy Families.
